We're critter people and four legged guests are welcome and quite possibly subject to being spoiled by your hostess, but we realize that not everyone can be around them. For that reason, we do not allow pets in any of the cabins or the main building.  Thank you for your understanding.

Discounts for military and emergency service personnel

As a way of showing our appreciation for those who serve in the miltary and in emergency services, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount to those who have valid United States military IDs and their spouses, and those with identification that shows they are members of law enforcement, fire fighting, or EMT professions.  Thank you all so much for what you do for our country!

Reservation and Cancellation policy
Reservations for sleeping cabins should be made in advance whenever possible.  We ask for a valid credit or debit card number to hold the reservation, but will NOT run any charges unless you cancel on short notice or fail to show up for your reservation. Please do NOT send us financial information through email!  Daily rates will be due when you check in and may be taken care of with cash, personal check, or a credit/debit card.  We do ask for photo ID when using checks or cards until we get to know you.

If you are not able to keep your reservation, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible.  There are no penalties if you cancel at least 7 days before your arrival.  Reservations cancelled less than a week before the expected arrival date may be penalized the equivallent of 1 night's stay if we are unable to rent out the cabin.  An early departure is considered the same as cancelling.

Campground Guideliness & Tennessee Laws
      Concerning Motorcyclists:

We're pretty laid back, but we do ask that you:
1.  Be courteous to your fellow guests.
2.  Keep campfires in the rings and please don't burn trash, cans, or bottles in them.
3.  Turn off the gas on the grill when you're done with.
4.  Keep noise down after 11:00PM.
5.  Please do not smoke inside the main building or cabins.
6.  Consume adult beverages responsibly and discretely.
7.  Please don't climb the grassy portions of our hills and banks with your bike.
The grass has a really hard time with that.
8.  Tennessee is a helmet law state.  Remember to bring a helmet if you don't
        usually wear one.

You can use the form to the left to check availability and make cabin reservations online if you like, or call us at 423.253.2918.
