We have tried to think of everything a rider will need while you are here. Our amenities have also attracted paddlers, bicyclists, hikers, and geocachers.
The original intent of this page was to show you pictures of the amenities listed, and it will. We just have to get a few technical issues resolved with uploading pictures to the server... please bear with us.
Showers & Restrooms
If you are looking for a clean, hot shower, you've come to the right place. Two 80-gallon water heaters supply the shower house & have yet to run out, while strategically placed pressure tanks in the water lines keep the showers at just the right temperature, even when your buddy decides to flush a toilet while you're in there. The showers feature spacious showering and dressing areas as well as dispensers that have a combination shampoo/conditioner/body wash in them in case you forgot your soap or shampoo.

The men's and ladies' restrooms both feature a bank of sinks with plenty of room to brush your teeth or fix helmet hair. Each restroom has a hair dryer for your convenience, GoJo, and we do our best to keep basic items that can be shared like toothpaste, spray deodorants, talcum powder, and such. All of these are provided at no extra charge for their use, although we do appreciate tips in the tip jar to help maintain them.

Laundry Room and such
The laundry room is home to a washer & dryer that anyone can use. Detergent and bleach are provided. Also in the laundry room is a stack of coolers available for tent campers, a bucket that has the stuff needed to clean your bike, and a gear drying cabinet, one of our most prized possessions. The cabinet is perfect for drying things that don't go in conventional dryers very well, like riding suits, helmets, & boots. It can be set on a time for up to 4 hours and will blow air from the room or heated.
Ice Machine
You don't have to ride to town for the ice as one of our good friends and frequent guests found a killer deal on an ice machine. Yeeha!
Pavilion Area
The hub of social life at the campground seems to bee the pavilion and firepit area. The pavilion houses seven 12-foot long tables and easily seats 50 to 60 people. A five burner gas grill with a side burner is also available for use, as well as the utensils you will need to flip a burger, steak, or hot dog. All we ask is that you turn off the gas when you are done and you help to keep it all clean.
Fire Pit
What good is a campground without somewhere to meet your fellow guests and share a few lie... er.... stories! Our fire pit is made from a tractor wheel and we seem to have a pretty good supply of firewood most of the time. Many a good tale - true and otherwise - have been told around this fire ring, and some probably not so good from time to time, too. It is a great place to sit and watch for shooting stars and meteor showers, too.
Work Area
Between the pavilion and restrooms is a temporary work area with a tire changer and work bench. Future plans call for moving these items to a work bay that will be built on the other side of the building next to the storage shed that will have access to an air compressor.
WiFi Hotspot
We run two unsecured wireless networks - a small one from the office, and a wireless N from a box that sits outside at the other end of the building. Unless you are inside the cabins, you should be able to get a signal. Along one side of the pavilion you will find several electrical outlets that are perfect for plugging lap tops and cell phones into.
Other Amenities not Pictured
We have plenty of space for tow vehicles and trailers, and also two 30-amp outlets for camper electric. Unfortunately we do not have any sewer hookups, but we can run your air conditioner if you care to bring your toy hauler.
